American Crimes

“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.” – Martin Luther King

We cannot remain silent about the events taking place in Flint, MI, and Detroit Public Schools.  The most important and abundant natural resource in Michigan, is now harming the community and most importantly, the future of the children.  In Detroit, the right to a quality education in a clean, safe, and healthy environment is threatened due to deplorable learning facilities.  What’s Going On?  Are these isolated events, or the results of cruel intentions.  Why the long-term neglect?

Join us and special guests, Attorney and Civil Rights Executive, Portia Roberson, Spain Elementary Counselor, Lakia Wilson, and featured TIME Magazine Free Press Photographer, Regina H. Boone.

Join us and Neurofeedback Therapist, Dr. Stephanie Rimka, as we discuss the brain’s function in regulating thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.  Let’s use our brains instead of letting our brains use us!
